NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Agreed Order Cancelling the August 21, 2017 foreclosure sale and Resetting Pursuant to a Settlement Agreement dated the 31st day of July, 2017, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 201-CA-000243-ES, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 A.M. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on November 20, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
