THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF CONDOMINIUM UNIT 11, BUILDING B, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF PARADISE LAKES RESORT CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 88 THROUGH 94, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 129 THROUGH 137, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED NOVEMBER 16TH, 1981, IN O.R. BOOK 1159, PAGES 1362 THROUGH 1478, INCLUSIVE AND RERECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1160, PAGES 298 THROUGH 392, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF THE CONDOMINIUM FOR PARADISE LAKES RESORT CONDOMINIUM AMENDING AND ADDING PHASE 11 AND CORRECTING PHASE 1 RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1325, PAGES 331 THROUGH 347, INCLUSIVE AND FURTHER
AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 1325, PAGE 348 AND O.R. BOOK 1366, PAGE 1937, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA AND O.R. BOOK 1456, PAGE 934 AND O.R. BOOK 1585, PAGE 1716 AND O.R. BOOK 1698, PAGE 1111, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker, P.A., Plaintiff s Attorney, whose address is 28059 U.S. Highway 19 North, Suite 301, Clearwater Florida 33761, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks m The Business Observer.
