NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 22, 2017, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-000021-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee for the benefit of the LXS 2007-16N Trust Fund, is the Plaintiff and Dupree Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc., Jane Doe n/k/a Suzanne Hammond, Jason Young, Sun Young, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 21st day of November 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
