NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 09, 2017, and entered in 2017 CA 002520 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC is the Plaintiff and MARISSA DELANY A/K/A MARISSA D. DELANY, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE IN THE ESTATE OF FAYE JACOBSON, DECEASED.; MARISSA DELANY A/K/A MARISSA D. DELANY, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE FAYE H. JACOBSON TRUST U/A/D 11/5/2013; NOTTINGHAM HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 13, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
