Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, Plaintiff, and ERNESTO ROLON, JR. A/K/A ERNESTO ROLON, an individual; OLGA I. ROLON, an individual; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida; AMERICAN EXPRESS TRAVEL RELATED SERVICES COMPANY, INC., a foreign corporation; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A., a foreign corporation; FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, a governmental agency; BIONDOLILLO LAND HOLDINGS GROUP, INC., a Florida corporation; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as Unknown Tenants; and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons, unknown entities, unknown parties or unknown spouses claiming by, through or under any of the above-named Defendants are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 17 day of November, 2017 the following described property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
