NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated Oct 5, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-004028 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of The CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-21, is the Plaintiff and Rewa Moser, Timothy S. Moser, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Taylor Moser, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 9 day of November, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO WIT:
