NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 24, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 16-CA-003421, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP SECURITIZATION TRUST SERIES 2015-1, is Plaintiff, and EDDY QUINTANA, ERY QUINTANA, is Defendant(s).
LINDA DOGGETT, Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., at www.lee.realforeclose.com on November 22, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27 AND 28 BLOCK 4231, UNIT 60 CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 154 THROUGH 169 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
This Notice of Sale shall be published for two (2) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
