NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 16-CA-000539 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2006-HE6, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-HE6 is Plaintiff and NIEVES, THOMAS, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAT FRANK shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on January 10, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
