and commonly known as: 5128 NESMITH ROAD, PLANT CITY, FL 33567; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on JANUARY 23, 2018 at 10:00 AM.
