NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order resetting sale entered on September 25, 2017 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-004662, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and DONALD BOYER AKA DONALD W. BOYER; BARBARA BOYER AKA BARBARA J. BOYER; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on November 27, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, LESS RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE ROAD 93 AND THE WEST 36 FEET OF LOT 18, BLOCK 2, SYLVAN DALE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
