NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 24, 2014 and an Order Resetting Sale dated September 26, 2017 and entered in Case No. 12-003427-CI-21 UCN: 522012CA003427XXCICI of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LIBERTY REVERSE MORTGAGE, INC. FORMERLY KNOWN AS GENWORTH FINANCIAL HOME EQUITY ACCESS, INC. is Plaintiff and SAMUEL FLAGLER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; NORTH STAR CAPITAL ACQUISITION LLC AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL; BUREAUS INVESTMENT GROUP PORTFOLIO NO. 12, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 a.m., on December 28, 2017 , the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 24 AND THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 25, BLOCK C, GREENWOOD PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 22, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
