NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 02, 2017, and entered in 09-019646-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LXS 2007-12N is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITOR, DEVISEES BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST OREN B. GRACE, DECEASED ; GERALD GRACE; ROSS STEWART GRACE; KAREN GRACE; FINANCIAL PORTFOLIOS II, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 20, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
