NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 22, 2017, entered in Case No. 12-014045-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the Indymac IMSC Mortgage Trust 2007-F3, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2007-F3 Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated August 1, 2007 is the Plaintiff and Maxine Michael a/k/a Maxine A. Michael; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees Grantees, or Other Claimants; and Tenant are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 28th day of November, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
SOUTH CAUSEWAY ISLES SECOND ADDITION, BLOCK 7, LOT 21, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 37 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
