NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 14-003925-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-52CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-52CB, Plaintiff, and, FAAS, MICHAEL S, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Courts, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 28th day of November, 2017, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 344 OF BILMAR BEACH RESORT CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DELARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BILMAR BEACH RESORT CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN AUGUST 18, 2005, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14541, PAGE 1149, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
