NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of August, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16001666CA of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XVII TRUST is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ANTOINETTE GORDON; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF HUGH GORDON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HUGH GORDON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTOINETTE GORDON; CHARLOTTE COUNTY UTILITIES; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 22nd day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 1630, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 12, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 1A THROUGH 1D INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
