NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of August, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16002192CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF THEODORE R. GROSS A/K/A THEODORE RAYMOND GROSS A/K/A T. RAYMOND GROSS; LORNA L. HIRSHALS A/K/A LORNA HIRSHAL; PATRICIA STEWART; JUDITH GANDEE; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 6th day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
