NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 10, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2015 CA 002989, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. Wherein, HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-WM1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and SONIA GOMEZ A/K/A SONIA N. GOMEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SONIA GOMEZ A/K/A SONIA N. GOMEZ; ROBERTO ESPARZA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERTO ESPARZA; HSBC BANK USA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are the defendants. The Clerk of Court, ANGELINA “ANGEL” COLONNESO, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 14th day of September, 2017. The following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF LOT 34 AND THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 35, PINECREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
