NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 28, 2017, and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-004442 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for JP Morgan Mortgage Acquistition Trust 2007-CH1, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-CH1, is the Plaintiff and George Widunas, Kristen Widunas, Unknown Tenant #1, Unknown Tenant #2, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 26th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
