Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 17, 2017, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:
UNIT 4 BUILDING A, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF WILLIAMSBURG CONDOMINIUM PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7 PAGES 20 AND 21 PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY FLORIDA BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED JULY 25, 1984 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2256 PAGES 717 THROUGH 757 INCLUSIVE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 103 WILLIAMSBURG COURT, WINTER HAVEN, FL 33880; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on September 20, 2017 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
