NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 17, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA000664000000, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and CHASE B. HAYGOOD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHASE B. HAYGOOD; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WIND MEADOWS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 15 day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 122, WIND MEADOWS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 139, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.1-21.5.
