Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 12, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BUCKEYE TRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 142, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
