NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I entered in the above-styled Case Number 2017 CA 1371 NC, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota, Florida, that the Clerk of Court for Sarasota County will sell the following real property, in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
