Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 23 day of August, 2017, and entered in case No. 12-CC-005050 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein LAURELWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and LISA PAIGE a/k/a LISA PAIGE-JOE, as Personal Representative and Heir of the Estate of Nancy A. Paige, Deceased, MICHAEL PAIGE as an Heir to the Estate of Nancy A. Paige, Deceased; COLLIE PAIGE, as an Heir to the Estate of Nancy A. Paige, Deceased, CHRISTINE WILLIAMS, as an Heir to the Estate of Nancy A. Paige, Deceased, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF NANCY A. PAIGE, DECEASED and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES HAVING ANY RIGHT, CLAIM, TITLE, OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 19386 ORCHIDTREE CT., LEHIGH ACRES, FLORIDA are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22 day of September, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 10, Block 7, LAURELWOOD, Section 5, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, Florida according to the Plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 59-62, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
