NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 24, 2017, entered in Case No. 17-CA-001169 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Elaine L. Carmack a/k/a Elaine Carmack; Unknown Spouse of Elaine L. Carmack a/k/a Elaine Carmack; The Club at Crystal Lake Homeowner Association, Inc.; The Club at Crystal Lake Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the September 27, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 01, BUILDING 11, PHASE 2, THE CLUB AT CRYSTAL LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1725, PAGE 2310, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH SAID UNIT'S SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
