NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 24,2017 entered in Case No. 17-CA-001041 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Joel Frank II; Barbara A. Frank a/k/a Barbara Frank; United States of America, Department of the Treasury-Internal Revenue Service; United States of America, Department of the Treasury-Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the October 25, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
PARCEL 1:
THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 13, BLOCK 40, UNIT 10, SECTION 29. TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 254, PAGE 20, AND PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PARCEL 2:
LOT 14, BLOCK 40, UNIT 10, SECTION 29. TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEIHGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 254, PAGE 20, AND PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
