NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 20, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 14-CA-007003 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2004-9 is Plaintiff and MICHAEL MCNEAL, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAT FRANK shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on September 21, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property located in Hillsborough as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
