Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 15, 2017 by the County Court of HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida described as:
Lot 18, Block 1, COLONIAL HILLS - PHASE 2, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 87, Page 74, in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 12135 Colonial Estates Lane, Riverview, FL 33579; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the HILLSBOROUGH County public auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on 6th day of October, 2017 at 10 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
