Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 10, 2017 by the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in this cause on June 23, 2017, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT 22-D from the Condominium Plat of HILL CREST VILLAS CONDOMINIUM PHASE III, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 33, Pages 30 through 33, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; and being further described in the Declaration of Condominium recorded on the 28th day of September 1978 in O.R. Book 4755, page 480 as amended to add PHASE III in O.R. Book 4832, Page 1448, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in paragraph 10 of the Declaration of Condominium of HILL CREST VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, recorded in O.R. Book 4755, Page 487, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
and commonly known and/or described as: 24862 US HWY 19N #2204, Clearwater, FL 33763; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Pinellas County public auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on September 19, 2017 The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk of Court, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
