NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure and Writ of Possession dated August 10, 2017, in the above styled case, wherein EASTWOOD PINES TOWNEHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC., a not-for-profit Florida Corporation are the Plaintiffs and KATHRYN M. TUCKER, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHRYN M. TUCKER, N/K/A RICHARD CLARK are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, the Clerk of this Court, shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 5th day of October, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. on Pinellas County's Public Auction website:www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described real property:
Townhome Unit No. 6, Building No. 2, EASTWOOD PINES TOWNEHOMES PHASE I, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 4095, page 565, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15, pages 89, 90 and 91, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the Property owner(s) as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
