NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2017, and the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale Set for August 28, 2017, dated August 23, 2017, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court, Ken Burke, shall sell the subject property at public sale on the 27th day of November, 2017, at 10:00 A.M. to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the following described property:
LOT 9, BELLA PLAYA TOWNHOMES, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 124, Pages 18 and 19, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
