NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 17-000744-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and AVA KEMP-GRIER, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 26th day of September, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
THE NORTH 35 FEET OF LOT 21, AND THE SOUTH 25 FEET OF LOT 22, BLOCK “D”, LAKEWOOD ESTATES SECTION H, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 7 AND 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
