YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to compel the recording of an assignment, a satisfaction, or discharge of mortgage on the following real property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 1011, HARBOURTOWNE AT COUNTRY WOODS, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 8683 at page 787, and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 115, pages 41 through 70, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it upon Kenneth A. Tomchin, TOMCHIN & ODOM, P.A., attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 6816 Southpoint Parkway, Suite 400, Jacksonville, Florida 32216 on or before 9-29-2017, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at Pinellas County Court House, 315 Court Street, Room 170, Clearwater, FL 33756 either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
