NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 13, 2017 in Civil Case No. 16-001561-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and RAMI RAMADAN, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26th day of October, 2017 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 37, SEMINOLE GROVE ESTATES NORTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGES 74 THROUGH 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. '©
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
