NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2017, entered in Case No. 16-004015-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Indenture Trustee for the registered holders of ABFS Mortgage Loan Trust 2002-3, Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2002-3 is the Plaintiff and Russell T. Carmichael a/k/a Russell Carmichael; Unknown Spouse of Russell T. Carmichael a/k/a Russell Carmichael; Tamera S. Carmichael a/k/a Tamera Carmichael; United States of America on behalf of the Small Business Administration; Regions Bank are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 26th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK A, LAKESIDE TERRACE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
