NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2017, entered in Case No. 14-007181-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as Successor Trustee for JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders of Popular ABS, Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-5 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Theresa L. Gauthier, Deceased; City of Largo, Florida; Patricia Davis; Teresa Ann Johnson; Jay T. Gilman; Glenn Jay Gauthier; The 361 Group, LLC; Midland Funding NNC-2 Corp are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 26th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT A POINT 123 FEET EAST OF THE SE CORNER OF THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, RUN THENCE NORTH 175.5 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 61.5 FEET; THENCE EAST 85.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 61.5 FEET; THENCE WEST 85.0 FEET TO THE P.O.B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
