NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2017 entered in Civil Case No.: 2017-CC-006703-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, Foreclosure Sale will be held online via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com pursuant to Judgment or Order of the Court and Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 11:00 AM on the 31ST day of October, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 82, HIAWASSEE HILLS UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17,M PAGES 68-69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
