Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 1, 2017, in the above-styled cause, in the County Court of Orange County, Tiffany Moore Russell, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
Lot 19, Block R, of SUMMERLAKE PD PHASE 2A AND 2B, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 78, Page 72, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida;
at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on October 31, 2017, at 11:00 a.m., or as soon as possible thereafter, after first having given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
