NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 23 May, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-007238-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, Na, is the Plaintiff and Stephen C. Jimmerson, Unknown Tenants/Owners N/K/A Levi Jimmerson, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 4th of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
FIND A POINT FIVE HUNDRED (500) FEET WEST OF THE EAST SECTION OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 20 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, AND IN THE CENTER OF CHURCH STREET EXTENSION, ZELLWOOD, FLORIDA. BEGINNING AT THIS POINT RUN NORTH FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY (450) FEET, THENCE EAST ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
