NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23 day of August, 2017, and entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-002063-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-42, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-42, is the Plaintiff and ANA N. LOPEZ; RICARDO PINA; defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M., in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28 day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 105 FEET OF TRACT 102, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 65, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
