NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 23, 2017, and entered inCase No. 2016-CA-002083 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY; FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A, is the Plaintiff and COLEEN LEAHY; MATTHEW S. WHITE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF COLEEN LEAHY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MATTHEW S. WHITE;. UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder cash at the in-person sale held in the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier Count); Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM on the 28 day of September, 2017, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 105 FEET OF TRACT 117, .GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 83,A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 22, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person, or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
