NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 25, 2017, and entered in 11-2017-CA-000920-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and ERIC R. STANCO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC R. STANCO; WHARFSIDE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on September 28, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 830, WHARFSIDE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
