NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2017, and entered in 2015-CA-1345 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CHASE FUNDING MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2003-6 is the Plaintiff and AIXA PLA A/K/A AIXA MCHUGH; CHRISAIXA COHEN A/K/A CHRISAIXA E. COHEN A/K/A CHRISAIXA ELIZABETH COHEN; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL J. MCHUGH A/K/A MICHAEL JOSEPH MCHUGH, DECEASED.; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; INDIGO LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC, ET AL., are the Defendant(s).
