NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 14, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016 CA 002803 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and DEVRA A. TICHENOR A/K/A DEVRA ADENA TICHENOR, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 16 AND 18, BLOCK B, RUSTIC LODGE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 155 AND 156, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
