NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24 day of August, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-002969, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and or LEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF SALOM0N BROS MORTGAGE SECURITIES VII, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 1997-HUD2, is the Plaintiff and ROSCO THURMAN; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ELIZABETH CODY; KAMELA CODY; MARONDA J. CODY; ERIC THURMAN; RAINELLE THURMAN; SHERARD E. CODY; SHEROND CODY; DIONNE D. CODY;UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 22 day of November, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 21, EAST STADLER FARMS SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH 150 FEET; THENCE EAST 150 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 150 FEET; THENCE WEST 150 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LANDS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
