NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2017, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-001211 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2006-4 HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4, is Plaintiff and KIMBERLY SYKORA PRYOR A/K/A KIMBERLY SYKIORA PRYOR; HERONS GLEN HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR LENDERS INVESTMENT CORP.; HERONS GLEN RECREATION DISTRICT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KYMBERLY SYKORA PRYOR A/K/A KIMBERLY SYKIORA PRYOR; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1;UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, the Office of Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 29 day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO WIT:
LOT 14, BLOCK 13, DEL VERA COUNTRY CLUB, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 7 THROUGH 25 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO BOBBY J. PROYER BY DEED FROM GEORGE E. SMITH AND MICHELLE J. SMITH, HUSBAND AND WIFE RECORDED 04/18/2005 IN DEED BOOK 4669 PAGE 856, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
