JANOSIK; TIMBERLAKE CONDOMINIUM NO I ASSOCIATION INC;ROYAL WOODS ASSOCIATION INC, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM on the 4 day of October, 2017, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 4 BUILDING NO. 6001, OF THE TIMBERLAKE CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED OCTOBER 18, 2983, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1694 AT PAGE 539-802 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
