NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated Aug. 31, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-004257 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and MARK SALTER A/K/A DONALD M. SALTER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 3 day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 16 & 17, BLOCK 84, UNIT 7, SAN CARLOS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 315, AT PAGE 128, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
