NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6, 2017 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-015311 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-1, is the Plaintiff and, CAROLYN COLON, MAGNOLIA PARK AT RIVERVIEW HOA AND MARKET TAMPA, LLC are Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on November 8, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 9, MAGNOLIA PARK CENTRAL, PHASE “A”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 115, PAGE(S) 185 THROUGH 190, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 9024 Sienna Moss Lane, Riverview FL 33578.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
