NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2006-CA-011233 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston Heat 2005-3, Plaintiff and Daniel Spacht are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on November 28, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 53, BLOCK 3, COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE AT CARROLLWOOD, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 47 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
