NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No. 2016-CA-003943 in which, Phoenix Loan Resolution, LLC, as Plaintiff; Felicia Denise Lewis a/k/a Felicia Jones; Unknown Spouse of Felicia Denise Lewis a/k/a Felicia Jones; Pat Frank, as Clerk of The Circuit Court for Hillsborough County; and Any Unknown Tenant In Possession n/k/a Caliscia Lewis, as Defendants, and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described on the following described property in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 2, Block 5, Sugarcreek Subdivision Unit No. 4, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 52, Page(s) 62-1 and 62-2, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
